Online via zoom: all you need is a quiet space, good internet connection and either a laptop, computer, Ipad or other device so that you can access the internet.

As you can see it doesn't matter where you live our sessions are still accessible to you as long as you have a safe space where you can confidentially explore what is impacting on you.
